Department

A department is a set of information that identifies a physical location or an organisational unit that will be used as the reporting unit in Qm+. Active departments can be selected in the Navigator. Managed under Edit department by Managers. If a department is moved within the organisational structure, all associated data and records will automatically follow.

Fields

  • Department name: The name used for the department in the system. Will appear in the Navigator.
  • Subdepartment of: The department under which this department appears in the Navigator. This department will inherit the lists, the message forms, the documents and the activities from the department above it.

Advanced options

  • The department's roles: The roles associated with this department.
