Purpose

It has been requested that the details of a message which will be reported with the help of a PDF form, should be automatically filled in. If a form has been linked to a PDF, the user will have a new opportunity to select a message form for filling data into the PDF. After the PDF document is opened, the data are already copied in the correct fields and the user can fill in the rest of the form.

Layout

In order for the data of a form to be able to be exported to a PDF form, the fields must be manually connected to the fields of the PDF. Unfortunately, for the moment, this can only be done directly in the database, ie, the users must ask Qm+ to do it for them.

In order to connect a form to a PDF, we need the PDF and the message it will be connected to. In addition we need an accurate description of which fields in the PDF will be connected to which fields in the message.
