System roles

System roles are roles that provide specific additional rights defined in the system. New system roles can only be defined by QmPlus AS.

Roles that control the access to the tabs under Admin

These roles are used only if the menu management role for Admin is turned on. It is turned off in the standard version.

  • Organisation: Gives the user access to the tab with the same name.
  • Categories: Gives the user access to the tab with the same name.
  • Forms: Gives the user access to the tab with the same name.
  • Case handlers: Gives the user access to the tab with the same name.
  • Documents: Gives the user access to the tab with the same name.
  • Roles: Gives the user access to the tab with the same name.

Roles that control the access to the tabs of the manager interface

These roles are used only if the menu management role is turned on. It is turned off in the standard version.

  • Info: Gives the user access to the tab with the same name.
  • Graphs: Gives the user access to the tab with the same name.
  • Admin: Gives the user access to the tab with the same name.
  • Activity plan: Gives the user access to the tab with the same name.
  • Non conformance / Proposals: Gives the user access to the tab with the same name.
  • Risk: Gives the user access to the tab with the same name.
  • Actions: Gives the user access to the tab with the same name.
  • Help: Gives the user access to the tab with the same name.

Roles that provide extended super user rights

  • System roles: The user can manage System roles. Not given to anyone in the standard version. Only the super user should have this role.
  • Content administrator: The user can edit locked forms, move filled out messages and open closed cases. Not given to anyone in the standard version. Only the super user should have this role.

Roles that give access to special functionality in the manager interface

  • User graph: Provides access to a graph that shows the messages per user.
  • Competence module: Changes the functionality of the system to match with the competence module.

Other roles

  • Selectable from a mobile: Makes it possible to select this department from the mobile interface.
